Stephen L. Titzer

Stephen L. Titzer received his B.S. from the University of Evansville, in 1987. Mr. Titzer received his MBA from the University of Phoenix in 1997. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, graduating in 2002. Mr. Titzer has been a member of the State Bar of Nevada since 2003 and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
