Mr. Biggar is a native Las Vegan and a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in English, cum laude, in 1989. Mr. Biggar obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1992 from the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle, where he achieved distinction in Corporations Law and Mock Trial Competition.

Mr. Biggar has been a member of the State Bar of Nevada since 1992 and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. He practices primarily in the field of insurance defense and is also experienced in general commercial and construction litigation. He has completed the Advanced Trial Advocacy program conducted by the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, as well as Nevada's Arbitrator Training Seminar.

Mr. Biggar enjoys playing golf, racquetball, softball, and basketball, and is an avid film, trivia and sports buff. He also volunteers with Clark County's "Trial By Peers," a juvenile diversionary program.
