James P. C. Silvestri

Las Vegas native Jim Silvestri attended Santa Clara University, where he obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Economics. He then attended Pennsylvania State University, where he was awarded his Master's Degree in Economics. In 1988, Mr. Silvestri graduated magna cum laude from Santa Clara University School of Law. Upon his return to Las Vegas, Jim completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Roger D. Foley in the United States Federal District Court.

Following his clerkship, Mr. Silvestri has practiced exclusively in the area of insurance defense. His trial experience covers everything from insurance bad faith and insurance coverage to product and premises liability, construction defect, slander/libel actions and personal injury resulting from automobile accidents.

In addition to being an avid golfer, Jim serves on the boards of the Salvation Army, Variety Day Home and the Bishop Gorman High School Board of Regents as well as legal counsel for the Boy Scouts America-Las Vegas Area Council and he is A-V rated.
